We are excited to invite our parent community to an exciting workshop hosted for parents by Delvio Parent Child Clinic. The Delvio Parent Child Clinic is a mental health service supporting children and their families with behaviour, developmental and social-emotional issues. The educational workshop is geared to support parents with strategies and tools to help their children cope and manage feelings of distress, and ultimately increasing self-confidence and success in school and family life. We will be hosting this dynamic workshop for parents on the evening of Tuesday January 24th at 7pm. Parents will walk away from the workshop with strategies to support:

- Understanding the difference between fear and anxiety

How to recognize the signs and symptoms of anxiety

Coping strategies to assist their children in dealing with their fears, struggles and worries

How to support your children through difficult situations
