The York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) is pleased to announce its 2026 Top Scholars, the graduating students who had the highest average in their secondary school.
This year, the YCDSB is recognizing 19 outstanding students as Top Scholars, including four students who graduated with perfect 100 per cent averages:
The York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) has released its 2026-27 budget, which focuses on putting students first and starting the process of returning the board to financial stability.
This budget takes a measured approach to addressing the YCDSB’s deficit. There are several small operational adjustments that respond to declining enrolment and the current needs in our classrooms.
The Christ the King School Garden is a vibrant outdoor learning space where students connect with nature, faith, culture, and healthy living. Designed as an outdoor classroom, the garden features fruit trees, a pollinator garden, an herb garden, an Indigenous Medicine Garden, a Three Sisters Garden, and a variety of raised garden beds dedicated to growing fruits and vegetables throughout the season.
